About the Power Bag and Zone Hitter Stand

The Power Bag and Zone Hitter Stand is a free standing steel stand that holds the Power Bag, the Zone Hitter, or both at the same time. There is no need to bolt a trainer to a basketball pole or batting cage post. Set the stand where you want to hit, train, and roll it away when you are done.

The frame is built from 2 1/2 inch square steel tubing with a powder coat for outdoor durability. Wheels on one end and handles on the other make it easy to move around a backyard, a cage area or a high school or college facility.

Height Needed for the Power Bag

When the stand is used with a Power Bag, plan on 12 feet of clear height so the bag can clear and make a full revolution. Check ceiling height before setting it up indoors.

Works With

The stand fits every Power Bag size, including the Power Bag in Junior, Medium and Large, and the Zone Hitter Swing Path Trainer. Running both at once gives two stations in one footprint: power at contact on one side and swing path on the other.

Setting Up

  • Place the stand on flat, level ground or a level floor.
  • Attach the Power Bag or Zone Hitter following the instructions included with each trainer.
  • Check overhead clearance before the first swing, especially with a Power Bag.
  • Leave room for a full swing on both sides when both trainers are mounted.
  • Use the handles and wheels to roll the stand between practice areas or into storage.
