Price Match Guarantee
We work hard to keep every price on HittingStore.com the best deal you can find. If you spot the identical item for less at another authorized retailer, we will match that price - before you order, or up to 14 days after.
How it works
- Find a lower price. The item must be identical to ours and in stock at the other store.
- Send it our way. Call (855) 448-7867 or email sales@hittingstore.com with a link to the listing.
- We verify and match. Ordering now? We match the price on the spot. Already ordered from us? If your order was placed within the last 14 days, we refund you the difference.
What qualifies
- Identical item. Same brand, model, size, color, and quantity - a dozen compares to a dozen, a 34-inch to a 34-inch.
- Brand new. Used, open-box, refurbished, and display items do not qualify.
- In stock. The competitor must have the item in stock and ready to ship - no backorders, preorders, or closeout/liquidation listings.
- Total delivered price. We compare the full cost to your door: item price plus shipping or freight. A low sticker with high freight is not a lower price.
- Authorized retailers only. The price must be published on the retailer's own US website, and the retailer must be an authorized dealer of the brand. Marketplace listings (eBay, Amazon third-party sellers), auctions, and classifieds do not qualify.
The fine print
- Obvious pricing errors and misprints are excluded, and we reserve the right to decline a match when a price sits at or below wholesale cost.
- Price matches cannot be combined with coupon codes or other promotions.
- One price match per item.
- We collect sales tax wherever the law requires it, regardless of what another store charges.
