Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase - and if something's not right, we'll make it right. Here's how returns work at HittingStore.com.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To get started, log into your account and use the Return Item(s) button on your order, or contact us at sales@hittingstore.com. Please don't send items back without reaching out first - we need to issue a return authorization before we can process anything.
To be eligible, your item must be in the condition you received it - unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Our Error (Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item)
If we sent the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, we'll make it right - including a full refund of the purchase price, shipping and handling, and any applicable sales tax. Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your item was damaged during shipping, we'll handle it the same way. We don't expect you to accept damaged merchandise, and we'll work with the carrier to get you a replacement as quickly as possible.
Your Error (Wrong Size, Color, or Item)
Ordered the wrong thing? It happens. We'll refund or issue credit for the purchase price and applicable sales tax, but you'll be responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that certain items - including bats, pitching machines, batting cages, and nets - may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
A Note on Free Shipping Orders
If your original order shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or credit. Free shipping is offered with the expectation that you're keeping the product.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
A few things we can't accept back:
- Used or damaged items - Returned products must be unused and in original, unopened packaging.
- Custom or personalized orders - Special orders made to your specifications can't be returned.
- Gift cards - Non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the right item is to return what you have and place a new order once your return is accepted. This way you're not waiting around - you'll get the replacement on its way as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or credit card company may take a little extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, reach out to us at sales@hittingstore.com.
