What is HittingStore?

HittingStore is a specialty online retailer of baseball and softball training equipment, in business since 2002 and based in Richmond, Virginia. The catalog covers pitching machines, batting cages, hitting aids and swing trainers, batting tees, hitting nets, L-screens and protective screens, pitching targets, radar guns, baseballs and softballs, fielding and training gloves, training bats, field equipment, and related accessories. HittingStore sells to individual players and parents as well as to high schools, colleges, travel programs, leagues, and parks and recreation departments.

How long has HittingStore been in business?

HittingStore has been selling baseball and softball training equipment since 2002. The business is based in the Commonwealth of Virginia and has supplied equipment to hundreds of high schools, colleges, leagues, and parks and recreation departments across the United States.

Where is HittingStore located?

HittingStore is based at 5806 Grove Ave #357, Richmond, VA 23226, United States. Orders ship from multiple warehouses around the country rather than from a single location, which shortens transit times. You can reach the team at sales@hittingstore.com or 1-855-448-7867.

Do you have retail store locations?

No. HittingStore is an online retailer and does not operate retail store locations or offer in-store or curbside pickup. Orders are placed at hittingstore.com and ship from warehouses across the United States. If you want help choosing equipment before you buy, call 1-855-448-7867 or email sales@hittingstore.com and you will get a person who knows the products.

How can I contact HittingStore customer service?

Email sales@hittingstore.com or call 1-855-448-7867, which spells 1-855-HIT-STOR. You can also use the contact form at hittingstore.com/pages/contact. Use the same email or phone number for order status, return authorizations, price match requests, product questions, quotes, and purchase orders. Mailing address: HittingStore, 5806 Grove Ave #357, Richmond, VA 23226.

What are your customer service hours?

HittingStore customer service is available seven days a week. Call 1-855-448-7867 or email sales@hittingstore.com. Email sent outside staffed hours is answered the next business day, and quote requests generally come back within one business day.

Where can I follow HittingStore for new products and tips?

HittingStore is on Facebook at facebook.com/HittingStore, YouTube at youtube.com/@HittingStore, and X at x.com/HittingStore. New product announcements, promotions, and training content also go out through the HittingStore email list, and the blog at hittingstore.com/blogs/products carries equipment guides and comparisons.

Is it safe to order from HittingStore?

Yes. HittingStore has operated since 2002 and the store runs on Shopify, so checkout is encrypted and payments are handled by secure third-party payment processors. HittingStore does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers. Orders are backed by a 30-day return policy and a price match guarantee, and a real person answers sales@hittingstore.com and 1-855-448-7867.

What brands does HittingStore carry?

HittingStore carries roughly 50 baseball and softball brands, including Heater Sports, Jugs, Iron Mike, Spinball Sports, Personal Pitcher, MaxBP, Rawlings, Wilson, Louisville Slugger, Easton, Mizuno, SSK, Akadema, Valle, ProNine Sports, Cimarron, Muhl, SwingAway, CamWood Training Bats, Sports Radar, ProMounds, D-Bat, Markwort, Dudley, Old Hickory, Palmgard, 3N2, Nike, Varo Baseball, Smushballs, No Errors, and XLR8. The full list with links to each brand page is at hittingstore.com/pages/brands.

Are you an authorized dealer for the brands you sell?

Yes. HittingStore buys direct from manufacturers and authorized distributors, so products arrive new, in original packaging, and covered by the manufacturer warranty that applies to that item. This matters for warranty claims: manufacturers generally honor warranties only on units bought through authorized channels. If you have a question about a specific brand, email sales@hittingstore.com.

Can I talk to someone who actually knows the equipment?

Yes. HittingStore is a specialty retailer, not a general merchandiser, and the people answering the phone sell this equipment every day. Call 1-855-448-7867 or email sales@hittingstore.com with your situation, budget, age group, and available space, and you will get a specific recommendation. This is worth doing before buying a pitching machine, a batting cage, or anything being purchased for a team or facility.

Shipping and delivery

Rates, timing, carriers, and oversized freight.

Do you offer free shipping?

Some products qualify for free shipping, and it is noted on the individual product page. There is no order value threshold that unlocks free shipping site wide. Free shipping applies to standard delivery within the contiguous United States. Oversized or heavy items may require additional shipping charges even when marked free shipping; if extra charges apply, HittingStore contacts you for approval before shipping and before charging you.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states is priced by order total: $7.95 for orders up to $24.99, $8.95 for $25.00 to $49.99, $12.95 for $50.00 to $99.99, $15.95 for $100.00 to $149.99, $20.95 for $150.00 to $199.99, $30.95 for $200.00 to $299.99, and $40.00 for orders of $300.00 and up. Individual products may qualify for free shipping or carry their own flat rate, which is shown on the product page. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are quoted separately.

How quickly do orders ship?

Most HittingStore orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are routed to the warehouse or manufacturer that can get the item to you fastest and most affordably. Once your order ships you receive tracking by email. Larger items such as batting cages, pitching machines, and protective screens often ship directly from the manufacturer, which usually means fewer days in transit because the item leaves from the closest available location.

How long does delivery take?

After an order ships, typical transit is 1 to 5 business days by UPS Ground and 1 to 8 business days by USPS. Add 1 to 2 business days for order processing. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and transit days exclude the day the order is placed, weekends, and holidays. Freight and oversized shipments such as complete batting cages and commercial pitching machines can take longer.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

HittingStore ships via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers for oversized items, choosing the carrier that gives the best combination of speed and cost for each product and destination. Because orders can ship from different warehouses, one order may travel with more than one carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Some items ship internationally, but most HittingStore products ship within the United States only. HittingStore is happy to quote international shipping on request: email sales@hittingstore.com with the items you want and your delivery address, and you will get a quote before any order is placed. Domestic shipping covers all 50 states, and Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are quoted separately because rates there vary with size and weight.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories?

Yes. HittingStore ships to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Because shipping costs to these destinations vary widely with the size and weight of the order, HittingStore contacts you with a shipping estimate before finalizing the order. Your order does not ship until you have confirmed the total, so there are no surprise charges.

Do you offer express or expedited shipping?

Standard shipping is what is quoted at checkout. If you need an order faster, call 1-855-448-7867 or email sales@hittingstore.com before you order and HittingStore will quote expedited options for your items and destination. Expedited service is not available on every product, since some items ship from manufacturers or move by freight.

Why did my order arrive in more than one box or on different days?

HittingStore ships from warehouses throughout the country, so items in a single order may leave from different locations and arrive separately. You are never charged extra shipping when this happens. If part of your order has arrived and you want to confirm where the rest is, email sales@hittingstore.com or call 1-855-448-7867 with your order number.

What happens if an item on my order is backordered?

HittingStore ships the rest of your order right away and sends the backordered item as soon as it arrives. You are not charged additional shipping for the second shipment. Items that are on pre-order show an expected availability date on the product page before you buy.

Can you ship large items like batting cages and pitching machines?

Yes. Oversized equipment including complete batting cages, commercial pitching machines, protective screens, and portable mounds is a core part of what HittingStore sells. These items often ship directly from the manufacturer, which typically shortens transit time because they leave from the closest available facility. Some oversized items carry their own flat shipping rate or require a freight quote; if additional charges apply, HittingStore confirms with you before shipping.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. You can also log into your HittingStore account to view order status and tracking, or email sales@hittingstore.com or call 1-855-448-7867 with your order number and someone will look it up. If your order shipped from more than one warehouse you may receive more than one tracking number.

Returns, refunds and warranty

The 30-day window and how claims work.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return from HittingStore. Items must be unused and in the condition you received them, with original tags and packaging intact, and you need your receipt or proof of purchase. Contact sales@hittingstore.com or use the Return Item(s) button on your order in your account before sending anything back, because a return authorization has to be issued first. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return being approved.

How do I start a return?

Log into your HittingStore account and use the Return Item(s) button on the order, or email sales@hittingstore.com. Do not ship an item back before reaching out, because HittingStore has to issue a return authorization first and unauthorized returns cannot be processed. Have your order number and the reason for the return ready, and say whether the item arrived damaged or defective, since that changes who pays return shipping.

Is there a restocking fee?

There is no restocking fee when HittingStore is at fault, meaning the wrong item was sent or the item arrived defective or damaged. When a return is due to a customer ordering the wrong size, color, or item, certain products including bats, pitching machines, batting cages, and nets may be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the original order shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund.

What items cannot be returned?

Three categories are non-returnable at HittingStore: used or damaged items, since returned products must be unused and in original unopened packaging; custom or personalized orders made to your specifications; and gift cards, which are non-returnable and non-refundable. Everything else falls under the standard 30-day return window.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product?

Contact sales@hittingstore.com within 30 days of receiving the order and HittingStore makes it right, including a full refund of the purchase price, shipping and handling, and any applicable sales tax. Shipping damage is handled the same way; you are not expected to accept damaged merchandise, and HittingStore works with the carrier to get a replacement out as quickly as possible. Photos of the damage and the packaging speed this up.

How do exchanges work?

The fastest route is to return what you have and place a new order once the return is accepted, rather than waiting for an exchange to be processed. That gets the replacement moving immediately instead of holding it until the original comes back. Start by contacting sales@hittingstore.com for a return authorization.

How long do refunds take?

Once HittingStore receives and inspects your return, you get an email telling you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not seen the credit, email sales@hittingstore.com.

Do products come with a warranty?

Many products sold by HittingStore carry a manufacturer warranty. Coverage periods, terms, and claim procedures are set by each manufacturer, and specific warranty information is shown on individual product pages where available. HittingStore is the retailer rather than the manufacturer, and will help you contact the manufacturer and work through a warranty claim. Buying through an authorized dealer matters here, because manufacturers typically honor warranties only on units bought through authorized channels.

Ordering, payment and pricing

Payment, tax, price matching, and changes to an order.

What payment methods do you accept?

HittingStore accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club, plus PayPal, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Store credit and HittingStore gift cards can be applied as payment. Schools, athletic departments, and qualified organizations can also order by purchase order and be invoiced. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by secure third-party processors and full card numbers are not stored on HittingStore servers.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, HittingStore gift cards are available and can be applied at checkout. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. They are a practical option when you are buying for a player whose bat, glove, or batting glove sizing you are not sure of.

Do you accept store credit?

Yes. Store credit issued by HittingStore can be applied as a payment method at checkout. If you are unsure of your balance, email sales@hittingstore.com or call 1-855-448-7867.

Do you price match?

Yes. If you find the identical item for less at another authorized U.S. retailer, HittingStore matches the price, either before you order or up to 14 days after. Send a link to the listing to sales@hittingstore.com or call 1-855-448-7867. The item must be identical in brand, model, size, color and quantity, brand new, and in stock at the other retailer, and the comparison is on total delivered price including shipping or freight. Marketplace listings, auctions, classifieds, and closeout or liquidation listings do not qualify.

Do you have active discount codes or promotions?

Promotions run periodically and are shown on hittingstore.com when they are live. The most reliable way to catch them is to join the HittingStore email list, since new promotions and product launches go out there first. Two things are always available regardless of whether a sale is running: the price match guarantee, which matches any lower total delivered price from an authorized U.S. retailer, and quote-based pricing for teams, schools, and bulk orders through sales@hittingstore.com.

Do you charge sales tax?

HittingStore collects sales tax where the law requires it, based on your shipping destination. Tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete the order. Posted product prices do not include tax. Schools and government agencies with tax exempt status should email their exemption certificate to sales@hittingstore.com before ordering so the order is set up correctly.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact HittingStore as quickly as possible at sales@hittingstore.com or 1-855-448-7867. Because most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and many large items release straight to the manufacturer, changes and cancellations cannot always be accommodated once an order is accepted. If the order has already shipped it is handled as a return under the 30-day return policy.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out without creating an account. Creating one is worth it for two reasons: order history and tracking are in one place, and you can start a return yourself using the Return Item(s) button on the order rather than emailing in.

Can I get a quote before ordering?

Yes. Use the Request a Quote section on any product page, the form at hittingstore.com/pages/school-purchase-orders, or email sales@hittingstore.com. Formal quotes usually come back within one business day. Quotes are the normal path for teams, schools, leagues, and facilities, for oversized items that need a freight estimate, and for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Teams, schools and bulk orders

Purchase orders, quotes, W9, and vendor paperwork.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. HittingStore accepts purchase orders from schools, athletic departments, colleges, parks and recreation departments, and other qualified organizations. The process: request a quote using the form at hittingstore.com/pages/school-purchase-orders or from any product page, receive a formal quote usually within one business day, send the PO through the same form or to sales@hittingstore.com, and HittingStore confirms and ships while your organization is invoiced per the terms on the quote. Payment terms are established case by case.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes. HittingStore handles bulk and wholesale orders and quotes volume pricing on request. Schools, colleges, leagues, travel programs, parks and recreation departments, and training facilities regularly order full setups: batting cages, pitching machines, protective screens, hitting nets, field equipment, and training aids. Purchase orders from schools and government agencies are accepted, and quotes usually come back within one business day. Email sales@hittingstore.com or call 1-855-448-7867 with what your program needs.

Do you work with schools, colleges, and rec departments?

Yes. HittingStore supplies hundreds of high schools, colleges, travel programs, leagues, and parks and recreation departments across the United States, and specializes in equipping full teams and facilities rather than just individual players. Purchase orders are accepted, quotes typically come back within one business day, and vendor paperwork is handled promptly. Start at hittingstore.com/pages/school-purchase-orders or email sales@hittingstore.com.

How do I get your W9?

The HittingStore W9 is available for download at hittingstore.com/pages/school-purchase-orders. If your district or agency needs it sent through a specific channel or needs additional vendor paperwork completed, email sales@hittingstore.com and it will be returned promptly.

Can HittingStore become an approved vendor in our purchasing system?

Yes. Send your vendor registration or supplier onboarding paperwork to sales@hittingstore.com, or upload it using the form at hittingstore.com/pages/school-purchase-orders, which accepts PDF, Word, Excel, and image files. Completed forms are returned promptly. The HittingStore W9 is available on that same page if that is all your system needs.

What we sell

Categories, brands, and help choosing the right equipment.

Where can I buy a pitching machine online?

HittingStore sells pitching machines online at hittingstore.com/collections/pitching-machines, with about 60 machines in stock across baseball and softball. Brands include Heater Sports, Jugs, Iron Mike, Spinball Sports, Personal Pitcher, and MaxBP, covering everything from wiffle and lite-ball machines for backyard use to three-wheel and arm-style machines for high school, college, and facility programs. Pitching machine balls and replacement parts are carried as well. Call 1-855-448-7867 for help matching a machine to your age group, budget, and space.

What kind of pitching machines do you carry?

HittingStore carries the full range: wheel machines in one, two, and three wheel configurations, arm-style machines, soft toss machines, and lite-ball and wiffle ball machines for limited space. Brands include Heater Sports, Jugs, Iron Mike, Spinball Sports, Personal Pitcher, and MaxBP. Machines are available for baseball, softball, or both. Related categories include pitching machine balls, pitching machine accessories and replacement parts, and L-screens for protecting the feeder.

Which pitching machine is right for youth baseball?

It depends on the age, the ball you want to use, and your space. For younger players and small backyards, lite-ball and wiffle ball machines such as Personal Pitcher and the entry Heater Sports models deliver realistic timing work at low speeds without needing a full cage. For 12U through high school, a real-baseball wheel machine with adjustable speed and the ability to throw breaking pitches gets more use as the player develops. For programs and facilities, three-wheel and arm-style machines handle volume and repeatability. Call 1-855-448-7867 with the player's age, your space, and your budget for a specific recommendation.

Do you sell batting cages for home use?

Yes. HittingStore sells batting cages at hittingstore.com/collections/batting-cages, including complete cage packages with frame and net, replacement batting cage nets, cage frames, turf mats, and batting cage accessories such as backstops, L-screens, and cage doors. Sizes run from compact home cages through full 55 and 70 foot setups for schools and training facilities. Cage netting is available in several twine gauges depending on whether it will see aluminum bats, wood bats, or machine work.

What size batting cage do I need?

For most home use, a cage 12 to 14 feet wide, 12 feet high, and 35 to 55 feet long covers tee work, soft toss, front toss, and short-distance machine work. A full 70 foot cage is what you want if you need regulation pitching distance for live arms or a machine at game speed. Height matters more than people expect: 12 feet is the practical minimum so a swing does not catch the net. Measure your available length, width, and overhead clearance before ordering, and call 1-855-448-7867 if you want the sizing checked against your space.

Where can I buy a baseball radar gun?

HittingStore sells radar guns and speed measurement devices at hittingstore.com/collections/radar-guns-devices, with more than 40 options for baseball and softball. The range covers pocket and handheld radar for coaches and parents, tripod-mounted units for bullpens and cages, and speed pitch display systems for camps, fundraisers, and stadium promotions. Sports Radar is a primary line. Call 1-855-448-7867 if you want help choosing between handheld and continuous-read units.

Do you sell speed pitch display systems for events and fundraisers?

Yes. HittingStore carries speed pitch display systems at hittingstore.com/collections/speed-pitch-display-systems, the setups used for camps, carnivals, team fundraisers, fan zones, and stadium promotions. These pair a radar unit with a large readout board so the crowd can see each pitch speed. Backdrop nets and pitching targets are available to complete the setup. Call 1-855-448-7867 for help sizing a system to your event.

Do you sell batting tees?

Yes. HittingStore sells batting tees for baseball and softball at hittingstore.com/collections/baseball-batting-tees, including single-post tees, multi-position tees for working inside and outside pitch locations, brush-top and flexible-top tees, and air-powered tees. Brands include FallLine, Muhl, G Tee, Rawlings, Hit Zone, and Pro Power Drive. Replacement brushes and tee tops are stocked as well.

Where can I buy an L-screen for baseball?

HittingStore sells L-screens at hittingstore.com/collections/baseball-l-screens, along with a wider range of protective field screens at hittingstore.com/collections/field-protective-screens. The lineup covers portable L-screens for backyard and cage use, heavy-duty models for collegiate and facility work, replacement nets, and related protective screens including pitcher screens, sock nets, and fungo and infield protectors. Frame gauge and net twine size are what separate a screen that lasts one season from one that lasts several.

Do you sell hitting nets and pitching targets?

Yes. HittingStore carries hitting nets, field nets, and pitching targets. Hitting screens and field nets are at hittingstore.com/collections/baseball-hitting-screens-field-nets, and pitching targets, including strike zone targets and pitching backstops for bullpen and solo work, are at hittingstore.com/collections/pitching-targets. Rebounders and pitchback nets for fielding work are stocked separately.

Do you sell rebounders and pitchback nets?

Yes. HittingStore carries rebounders and pitchback nets at hittingstore.com/collections/rebounders. These are the angle-adjustable bounce-back nets used for solo fielding work: set the frame flat for grounders or angled up for line drives and pop flies. They work for baseball and softball and are a practical option for players training without a partner.

Do you sell baseballs by the dozen?

Yes. HittingStore carries more than 100 baseballs, sold by the dozen and in bulk buckets, at hittingstore.com/collections/baseballs. The range covers game baseballs, practice baseballs, machine-safe baseballs, training and weighted baseballs, and youth and tee ball options, with ProNine Sports, Rawlings, and Wilson among the brands. Softballs are carried in the same depth at hittingstore.com/collections/softballs.

Do you sell NFHS or NOCSAE stamped baseballs?

Yes. HittingStore carries baseballs carrying the certification stamps required by high school and youth leagues, and the applicable stamps are listed on each product page so you can confirm before ordering. Requirements differ by league and by state association, so check your league or state sheet for which stamp your level requires, then match it on the product page. If you are not sure, email sales@hittingstore.com with your league and level.

Do you sell pitching machine balls?

Yes. HittingStore stocks balls made specifically for pitching machines at hittingstore.com/collections/pitching-machine-balls, including dimpled machine balls, leather and synthetic machine baseballs and softballs, and lite-ball and wiffle-style balls for smaller machines. Using the ball a machine is built for matters: standard game baseballs wear machine wheels faster and feed less consistently. The product page for each machine notes what it is designed to throw.

Do you sell weighted baseballs and plyo balls?

Yes. HittingStore carries weighted baseballs and plyo balls at hittingstore.com/collections/weighted-baseballs, in the graduated weight sets used for arm care, velocity, and mechanics work, along with individual weights. Weighted ball training is best run on a structured program with coaching supervision rather than improvised, particularly with youth arms.

Do you sell training bats and swing trainers?

Yes. HittingStore carries training bats and swing trainers at hittingstore.com/collections/training-bats-baseball and hittingstore.com/collections/weighted-training-bats. The range includes one-hand trainers, weighted and overload or underload bats, short bats, barrel-path trainers, and hand-path trainers, with CamWood Training Bats, Muhl, and Zing Bat among the lines. The broader hitting aids category at hittingstore.com/collections/hitting-aids covers about 80 swing training products.

What hitting aids and swing trainers do you carry?

HittingStore carries about 80 hitting aids at hittingstore.com/collections/hitting-aids. The category spans swing path and bat path trainers, hand and wrist path trainers, weighted and one-hand training bats, tee-based and soft toss trainers, and full hitting systems such as SwingAway, which lets a player take live swings on a tethered ball in a small space. Brands include SwingAway, Muhl, CamWood Training Bats, SoloHitter, SwingBuster, and Pro Power Drive.

Do you sell softball equipment?

Yes. HittingStore carries softball equipment throughout the catalog, not as an afterthought: softball pitching machines, softballs including practice, game, and machine balls, fastpitch and slowpitch training aids, softball-specific protective screens and nets, radar guns, batting tees, and fastpitch cleats and turf shoes. Product pages state which sport each item is built for.

Do you sell fielding gloves?

Yes. HittingStore carries about 85 fielding gloves along with 16 training gloves. Fielding gloves are at hittingstore.com/collections/fielding-gloves and training gloves at hittingstore.com/collections/training-gloves. Brands include Rawlings, Wilson, Mizuno, SSK, Akadema, and No Errors. Training gloves include pancake and flat gloves for infield hand work and Valle ambidextrous and switch models.

Do you sell fungo bats?

Yes. HittingStore carries fungo bats at hittingstore.com/collections/fungo-bats. Fungos are the long, light bats coaches use to hit infield and outfield practice, and they are built for repetition and control rather than for game use. Multiple lengths and finishes are stocked.

Do you sell field equipment and groundskeeping supplies?

Yes. Field equipment is one of the largest categories at HittingStore, with more than 250 items at hittingstore.com/collections/field-equipment. It covers bases and home plates, pitching rubbers, portable pitching mounds, field marking and lining supplies, ball carts and buckets, protective screens, backstops, and dugout equipment. Schools, leagues, and parks and recreation departments typically order these by quote or purchase order.

Do you carry equipment for youth and Little League players?

Yes. HittingStore carries youth-sized and youth-appropriate equipment across the catalog: Little League and youth baseballs, lite-ball and wiffle ball pitching machines that work in a backyard, adjustable batting tees, one-hand and youth training bats, smaller fielding gloves, and compact hitting nets. If you tell sales@hittingstore.com the player's age and your available space, you will get specific recommendations rather than a category link.

Do you carry replacement parts and accessories for pitching machines?

Yes. HittingStore stocks pitching machine accessories and replacement parts at hittingstore.com/collections/pitching-machine-accessories, including replacement wheels, automatic ball feeders, machine covers, power supplies and batteries, and transport carts. If you do not see the part for your machine, email sales@hittingstore.com with the brand and model and it can usually be sourced.

Do you sell protective gear like elbow guards and sliding mitts?

Yes. HittingStore carries protective gear at hittingstore.com/collections/protective-gear, including elbow and leg guards, sliding mitts, and hand and thumb protection such as Palmgard and ThumbPRO. Catcher's gear and field protective screens are carried in their own categories.

Do you sell batting gloves, bags, cleats, and apparel?

Yes. Beyond training equipment, HittingStore carries batting gloves, bat and equipment bags, baseball and softball cleats and turf shoes, umpire shoes, and apparel at hittingstore.com/collections/baseball-gear. Brands in this part of the catalog include Nike, 3N2, Wilson, XLR8, WSI Sports, No Errors, and Grit.

How do I find the right product if I am not sure what I need?

Call 1-855-448-7867 or email sales@hittingstore.com and describe the situation: the player's age and level, what you are trying to improve, how much space you have, and your budget. HittingStore is a specialty retailer staffed by people who sell this equipment daily, and a five minute conversation usually prevents buying a machine that is too much or a cage that will not fit. This is particularly worth doing before purchasing a pitching machine, a batting cage, or anything for a team or facility.
