About the Power Bag Replacement Bag

The Power Bag Replacement Bag is the bag only for the Power Bag hitting trainer, in Junior, Medium or Large. Bag only. Arm, cable, drop rod and stand not included. Replace a worn bag, change sizes as players grow, or add a second size to a station so more players can train on it.

Choose a Size

  • Junior: 5 lb, 7 in diameter by 24 in long, for most players 13 and under
  • Medium: 7.5 lb, 7 in by 24 in, for players 14 and over and for high school and college softball
  • Large: 9.5 lb, 10 in by 24 in, for players 15 and over and for high school and college baseball

About the Power Bag

The Power Bag develops explosive hitting mechanics and encourages lower body torque and stability. It hangs from an arm and swings around after contact, so hitters see right away what leads to more power at the contact position. The better the mechanics, the more the bag moves; a hitter driving through the bag with the hips can send it all the way to the top or all the way around.

When to Replace the Bag

  • The cover is torn or split
  • The bag has lost its shape
  • A player has outgrown the current size
  • You want a second size on the same station

Parts and Stations

Hang the bag on an existing Power Bag station such as the Power Bag and Zone Hitter Stand, the Power Bag Package or the Institutional Power Zone Hitting Station. Complete trainers are also sold as the Junior Power Bag, Medium Power Bag and Large Power Bag.
