The Power Bag and Stand Bundle pairs a Power Bag in the size you choose with the free standing Power Bag Stand, so you can set up a complete power hitting station anywhere: in the cage, on the field or in the garage, with no pole or fence post needed.

What Is Included

About the Power Bag

The Power Bag is a heavy contact trainer that teaches hitters to drive through the ball with strong hands and a stable lower half. It hangs from an arm and swings around after contact, so the hitter sees right away how much force reached the bag. The better a hitter's mechanics, the more the bag moves.

Choose a Bag Size

  • Junior: 5 lb, 7 in diameter by 24 in long, for most players 13 and under
  • Medium: 7.5 lb, 7 in by 24 in, for players 14 and over and for high school and college softball
  • Large: 9.5 lb, 10 in by 24 in, for players 15 and over and for high school and college baseball

About the Stand

The stand is a free standing steel base with wheels and handles, so one coach can roll the station into place and away again. It works with the Power Bag and the Zone Hitter.

Why Buy the Bundle

Buying the bag and the stand together costs less than buying them separately, and you get a station that is ready to use without mounting anything. Programs that need two bags on one station should look at the Power Bag Package.

Drills to Run

  • Contact position: start at contact and drive the bag around with short, powerful swings.
  • Full swings: take full swings at game speed and watch how far the bag moves.
  • Top and bottom hand: one hand swings to build each hand's strength.
