About the AceSportz PlyoBallz Weighted Throwing Balls
AceSportz PlyoBallz are weighted throwing balls for building arm strength and arm fitness. AceSportz and DST developed them together for arm care programs that use an expanded range of ball weights, so athletes can move up in small, measured steps instead of large jumps.

Why Plyo Balls
Weighted throwing balls let athletes train the arm with controlled, incremental resistance. Lighter balls build arm speed, heavier balls build strength and teach the body to stay connected through the throw. Small steps in weight make it easier to measure progress and to progress safely.
A Simple Routine
- Warm up the arm with a resistance band.
- Throw lighter balls first, with short, controlled throws into a wall or a rebounder.
- Move up in weight, staying within your program.
- Finish with lighter balls before regular throwing.
Follow a coach's program, especially for younger players.
Pairs Well With
Warm up with the AceSportz Arm Care Resistance Bands or the AceSportz AceBandz Fabric Resistance Bands, and add the AceSportz H2O Tsunami Football for more arm care work.

Who It Is For
Pitchers and position players who want a structured arm care routine, and coaches and facilities who run throwing programs for groups. The larger packs let a whole team throw at once without waiting for balls.
Care
Keep the balls clean and dry, and retire any ball that cracks or leaks.
Building a Weekly Plan
Most programs use plyo balls two or three times a week, with lighter days between. Short, high quality sets matter more than volume. Track the weights each athlete uses so progress is easy to see over a season.
