About the Vitilla Athletic Throwing System
All elite infielders are athletic throwers. The Vitilla Athletic Throwing System was designed to teach players the secrets to making the athletic throws they need to make plays. About 90 percent of double play feeds and turns use the 3 o'clock throwing position, and about 25 percent of all other throws use a lower arm slot too. The system covers the 36 different plays that require the 3 o'clock arm slot, and it is a training method that works and that players find fun.

What Is a Vitilla?
The vitilla, also called the Dominican disk, is a cap shaped throwing and hitting tool made famous on the streets and beaches of the Dominican Republic. Its flight teaches infielders to throw from every arm angle across the diamond, and as a hitting tool it trains hitters to adjust to offspeed pitches with movement. It is a great pregame ritual and a fun way to gain separation from your peers.

Who It Is For
Middle infielders working on double play feeds, third basemen who make throws on the run and any player who wants a looser, more athletic arm benefit from vitilla work. Coaches like it because it is quick to set up and players enjoy it, so they actually do the reps.
Ordering Tips
Players usually start with an 18 pack. Coaches and teams usually order a 100 pack so every player has disks during group work. Pick a color that is easy to see against your background.
