Strike Zone
The G Tee Strike Zone is a 17 inch by 27 inch banded target that turns G Tee Pitching Sticks into a full strike zone rather than a set of individual lines. It gives a baseball pitcher an outline to work the edges of, which is a different task from throwing at a single string.
An outline, not a solid target
The zone is made from quarter inch bands rather than a panel, so the ball passes through it. A pitcher sees exactly where the ball crossed the plane instead of hearing it hit something, and nothing needs resetting between pitches. Bands also mean the target has almost no weight and packs down flat.

That is a strike zone outline, and it is unforgiving in a useful way. Working the edges of a fixed frame is what separates a pitcher who throws strikes from one who throws pitches that happen to be strikes.
Two ways to buy it
Order the strike zone on its own if you already own pitching sticks, or as a complete setup with the 72 inch Pro pitching sticks if you are starting from nothing. The complete option is a bullpen purchase rather than an individual one.

What is included
The strike zone banding. Ordered on its own it does not include pitching sticks or a base; the complete option includes the 72 inch pitching sticks and the Pro 20 inch base.
Does it fit my existing pitching sticks?
It is built for the G Tee Pitching Sticks system. It uses quarter inch bands, which is different from the string sets used for the individual target lines.
Can I replace the bands later?
Yes, and you should expect to. Bands are a consumable; see G Tee strings and bands.
Is a net needed behind it?
The ball passes through the zone, so you need something to catch it. A G Tee Net or an existing cage does the job.
