The Old Hickory T26 One Hand Trainer Bat is a short training bat (26" long) used for one hand drills. It is durable enough to be used with live pitching, but is also great for tee work.

One Hand Trainer bats are short bats between 18 and 28 inches long. These bats help improve hand-eye coordination and build muscle memory as well as strength. One Hand Training bats are not designed for use with pitched baseballs, but instead are for tee and soft toss drills. Short Trainer bats are similar and the terms are sometimes used interchangeably. However there are also many short trainer bats that are for use with two hands.
