G Tee Stride Box
The G Tee Stride Box is a 24 inch by 60 inch frame that sets a physical limit on how far a baseball hitter strides. Stride length is one of the few things in a swing that can be measured exactly, and this is the tool that measures it while the hitter is actually swinging rather than afterwards on video.
Adjustable from 6 to 21 inches
The box adjusts across a range wide enough to cover a young player taking a short controlled step and an adult hitter with a full stride. Setting it slightly shorter than a hitter's natural stride is the usual way to shorten one; setting it at the target length and leaving it there is how you make a new stride permanent.
A limit, not a suggestion
Tape on the floor gets ignored. A frame does not. The value of the stride box is that a hitter cannot overstride without knowing it happened, which turns a cue the coach has to repeat every rep into something the equipment enforces.
Where it fits in a session
It works with tee work, soft toss or live batting practice, since it constrains the lower half without touching the swing itself. Most coaches use it for a block of reps rather than a whole session, then take it away and see whether the change held.
Who this is for
Coaches with hitters who overstride or drift, and players working on timing where the stride is the root of the problem. At this price it is a program or facility purchase rather than a driveway one.

What is included
The stride box. A tee is not included; use it with a batting tee or in live batting practice.
Can it be used with a tee?
Yes, and that is the most common use. It restricts the lower half while the tee sets the ball.
Is it suitable for young players?
The adjustment starts at 6 inches, so yes. Younger hitters are usually the ones who most need a defined stride.
Does it work on turf and on a gym floor?
It is a frame that sits on the surface, so it works on either. On a slick floor a sand bag stops it moving.
