The Heater Big League Drop Toss and Big Play Net package puts a drop toss machine and a portable hitting net together so a baseball player can take swing after swing without a partner feeding balls. The Big League drops a baseball every 8 seconds from its 12-ball auto feeder, and the net catches each hit a few feet away, so the only trip to make is collecting balls when the feeder runs empty.

What the Big League Does

The Big League Drop Toss Machine is a hitting trainer, not a pitching machine. Each baseball rolls out of the spiral auto feeder and down a metal toss extension, then drops in front of the hitter at the same spot every time. That steady, predictable drop is what makes the drill useful: the hitter can focus on hand path, staying through the ball and a consistent contact point instead of chasing a moving target. The 8 second pace leaves time to reset the stance between swings. A tubular steel stand keeps the machine steady and light enough to carry.

The machine plugs into a standard outlet with the included power adapter. It also has a compartment for the Crusher 8 Hour rechargeable battery, which is sold separately, for practice away from an outlet.

What the Big Play Net Does

The Big Play Hitting and Pitching Sports Net uses a quick-fold fiberglass frame and strong polyester netting. Metal ground stakes hold it in grass, dirt, sand or any soft ground, so it stays put when hard-hit baseballs land in it. The frame breaks down quickly for the trip home or to the garage.
