Description
Increase your strength and hitting power by training with a weighted ball.
Muhl Balls™ help teach hitters to drive through ball contact and encourage strong hip rotation. These specially developed baseball training balls help develop strength in the wrist and forearms which is crucial for hitting the ball with authority.
Each Muhl Ball weighs 1 pound and is 20" in circumference. By comparison, volleyballs are 27" around. Muhl Balls are tough, yet spongy! They force hitters to be more precise with contact than hitting old deflated basketballs or volleyballs.
Each ball is made by hand to precise specifications. The poly coating is an extremely tear-resistant elastic synthetic polymer; the same material used in pitching machine balls. Muhl Balls also absorb bat impact extremely well, reducing bat recoil often associated with inflatable balls. Muhl Balls can be used with wood bats, aluminum bats or even a Muhl Training Bat.
You are buying a single Muhl Ball. Discounts available for orders of 3+ balls.
Muhl Balls are the best power training option for baseball and softball when it comes to portability. The 1 pound per ball weight and their size allows the Muhl Balls to easily fit into most equipment bags.

This ball is awesome! Bought for my 8 year old to help with him hitting through the ball and he loves it!! Would definitely recommend this product.

Could be heavier, but still love them!!
Love them, but wish they heavier and didn't travel as far as they do

Very good product
Provides the right level of resistance to help build the muscle memory needed to really drive the hands through the ball. Impressively stays on the tee despite its size. Only downside is that its large size can hamper hand-eye contact needed for a baseball (which is far smaller than these balls), so need to use in moderation and as a supplement to other hitting drills with baseballs (in my opinion).

Good
Helps you in using your hips. Teaches you to rotate hard and proper hitting mechanics. Helps those who don't use their hips. Overall great product.
