They can actually see the results while still getting the benefit of strength development. The bag weighs 3.5 lbs and comes with everything you need to mount to a pole 3 ½” diameter or smaller. You get the top arm and u-bolts to mount to a pole. The bag can be removed from the arm after use for safe storage.
