Are you ready for spring training? Get started now. Indoors or outdoors, we have a solution: an affordable and portable batting cage WITH L-screen! A traditional cage (netting and frame alone) costs from $1,500 to $2,000. This does not include installation kits (turnbuckles, cable, snap hooks, etc.) costing from $175 to $300. Permanent structures require holes to dig, and cement to pour. L-screens sell separately (typically around $200). We have a better solution: Complete** 50' system with L-screen and #21 netting $630**! These systems are portable, safe, durable, and stable for indoor or outdoor use by players from T-ball through college. **Cages sold Without Poles! Economically, it's the only way that makes sense. We ship UPS ground. They do not ship anything over 9' long and the poles are 10' long. Shipped in one box is the cage netting, cage connectors, L-screen netting, L-screen connectors, L-screen poles, extra twine, and assembly instructions. You then buy the poles locally. They are standard 10' long, you don't have to cut them or anything. The poles are 3/4" EMT (Electrical Metallic Tubing) and are available in hardware and electrical supply stores everywhere, such as Home Depot. These poles are galvanized steel pipe, not plastic. They are what electrical contractors use in buildings for the wiring. A number of customers have advised they have found the 3/4" EMT at Home Depot for about $2.00 - $2.50 per pole. 50' requires 28 poles, additional cost approx. $70 60' requires 33 poles, additional cost approx. $83 70' requires 38 poles, additional cost approx. $95 #21 Gauge Net - 800 lbs./mesh (200 lbs./strand) HS and up.
