An Injection Molded plastic bar with features that allow for many different exercise and training options.

A strong 3' section of nylon webbing to provide sturdy feel and support.

An area for the webbing to feed into, keeping the device balanced and limiting the rope from twisting and swinging.

A plastic loading pin specially designed for the WristRipper™, holds both Standard and Olympic weight plates. Standard plates are recommended.

A snap hook at the end of the rope designed to securely attach to the loading pin and make it easy for the user to change the amount of weight.

Rubber grips for comfort and so your hands don't slip during the exercise.
