It, takes desire, speed, patience and the support of your parents, coaches and team. Molly McLean has been playing and coaching for over 15 years. As a division 1 player she has a .360 batting average and was named to the All-conference and NCAA All-tournament team 3 straight years. She started playing softball as a right handed batter and made the switch to being fulltime left handed batter early in high school. She knows what challenges you will face as you make the switch.
