The BATS Power Bat uses resistance training to strengthen the specific muscles a player uses to hit. It works equally well for baseball or softball. The bungee cord connects to either pivot for two different levels of resistance. The other end connects to a fence, pole or door. The hitter then moves through their swing in slow motion, making sure they reach full extension.
