Really nice hitting aid you can do with a family member or friend.
I like to put the ball where my weakness is and do it repeatedly. If I or a player can't hit high pitches, I put the ball high and hit it.
It is like hitting off a tee.
You can do MANY swings in a short amount of time.
Great product for a low price.
